All of our bins and skips are available for permanent hire. These can be emptied on a regular basis or on-call when you request it. We also have our own engineering facility, where we can custom-build bins to suit your needs.

Mobile Recycling Centres (MRC)
A mobile recycling centre (MRC) is a purpose-built, roll-on/roll-off ‘one stop shop’ recycling bin of approximately 40 cubic metres capacity (the size of a big shipping container). The bins have all the necessary signage on them and are ‘self-contained’.

The bin has various compartments to enable the segregation at source of the domestic recyclables stream:

•    Cardboard
•    Paper
•    Glass
•    Tin & Aluminium cans
•    All forms of plastics

The bin has internal swinging doors which enable the various compartments to be emptied independently – allowing the recyclables to be delivered to different locations for processing.

Cairns Group has a fleet of modern roll-on/roll-off trucks and trailers, allowing the economical and efficient servicing of the MRC’s.  The bins are serviced on a swap & exchange system; there is always a bin on site. With our truck & trailer systems, we are able to service outlying areas much more economically – whenever possible servicing two sites in one trip.
